Samsung S23 Ultra Cant See Wifi 6ghz (Wifi 6e) - Tp Link Deco XE75 (AXE5400)
I just configured an XE75 deco and I can't connect a Samsung S23 Ultra to the 6ghz network (wifi 6e).
I also have a compatible notebook and I can connect to it and it works correctly on the 6ghz band.
Any solution?
Thanks!

Hi, is there any error message when Samsung S23 Ultra failed to connect to 6Ghz?--if yes, can I have a picture of the error message?
By the way, can I also have the model number of the notebook?
Thank you very much.
Best regards.

@David-TP The notebook is a lenovo yoga 7 slim pro (Intel Ax210 Ngw network card) which works perfectly with the 6ghz band. However with the S23 ultra (SM-S918B) I can't see the 6ghz network. That's the problem.
Any solution ?
Thanks!

@David-TP I just tried with a samsung s21 ultra and also with a motorola moto edge 30 pro and with neither of the 2 devices I can see the 6ghz network. Therefore, with no android device I am able to see the 6ghz network. I live in Argentina, could it be a region block or some channel configuration?
I await your response. Thank you.

Hi, sorry for the delay.
I might need to follow up on your case via email for further assistance. Please check whether you could get an email from me later.
I see from the wireless spec that motorola moto edge 30 pro does not support 6ghz. May I know where you see it is 6ghz capable?
Thank you very much.
best regards.

@David-TP thanks for you answer.
Moto edge 30 pro specs: "Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6e, dual-band, Wi-Fi Direct"
Link specs: https://www.google.com/amp/s/m.gsmarena.com/motorola_edge_30_pro-ampp-11320.php
Apparently there must be some kind of region lock or something similar with android.
