The reason that you couldn't find any up to date FW for your router is that it's tailored for ISPs and you can receive such only from your ISP (if they have a newer version).

Can I have a screenshot of the web page that displays the debug firmware with a watermark?

Please also provide the device label on the router. You could mask the MAC and SN for any security concerns.
