Model: Archer MR600
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 230506 Rel.77096n_Beta

Hi,

Earlier JIO 5G sim was not working in MR 600 V3 but after flashing beta firmware it's started working but after some time IPV4 IP address automatically disappear and internet will not work. After restarting or re-inserting sim or creating new APN profile(like VI or Airtel), IPV4 IP address will display again and internet will start working again. This is happening most of time.

Could you please check and also please send stable firmware for MR 600 V3?

Please refer below screen shot and attached system log before and after creating new APN profile.

Hi, based on the system log files, there was still IPv6 address and internet status was still connected when the issue happened, is that correct?

When using Jio profile, are you using default profile or manually created profile as well? Please create Jio profile by using Jio APN manually to see if the problem still happens.

By the way, usually how often does the issue happen? Such as once a day or more frequently? You are always using Jio 5G SIM, right?

@Sunshine : Yes, it was connected to the internet but internet was not working.

I was using default profile JIO apn but this issue persistent then i created manually APN either jio or VI or airtel and internet will start work again.

Atleast 2-3 time in a day it's happening. As of now in beta firmware only jio 5g is working, I also using VI sim but it's not working in this firmware.

@Sunshine : When we have changed the band IP address will disappear and also created JIO APN profile manually it's not resolved, Once used other APN other than JIO it is starting working.

Could you please check this on priority, it's happening frequently.
