NAS problems with Archer AX55

Automatic backup of smartphones.
The application used is FolderSync.
The "Number of files sent" remains "0" while sending files.
However, when I look at the folders on the NAS, everything is being transferred normally.
I tried backing up with other applications, but the same symptom was observed.
Is there any solution?
