Just about every day, the Deco boxes change light from green to red and the internet stops working. So then I go into the Deco app and take a restart of the boxes and they work again for a little while before the same thing happens again the next day. This hasn't been a problem before, but it suddenly appeared a while ago. I've also tried plugging out the wires to the boxes and plugging out the router itself, but nothing works.

Hi, Have you tried to unplug the main Deco when it turned red, and connect a computer to the ISP modem to check whether the computer could still get internet from the ISP modem?

If the modem is indeed working properly, a new firmware 1.7.1 has been released a few days ago and it is suggested to check on the Deco APP whether you could update to the latest firmware.
