I have the set of 3 M4 devices.  Two are working fine.  The third is not picked up on the ap no matter what I do, but shows a solid green light.  I don't know why it is green because the other two don't have green lights.  They are solid white and working.  This one is solid green and even after resetting it multiple times, it will not flash or go to any other color.  It's never been connected to the ap.

The M4 doesnt have a green LED as far as i know, so going to guess its solid blue (all be it a strange blue).  That should mean its in setup mode.

For the Deco M4, Deco E4 and Deco W2400, please refer to the following table to check your LED status.

Color Description

Meaning of the LED status

Yellow pulse

Deco is resetting

Yellow solid

Deco is starting up

Blue pulse

Deco is ready for setup

Blue solid

Deco is setting up

White pulse

Deco is upgrading firmware

White solid

Deco is registered and all is well

Red pulse

Deco is disconnected from main Deco

Red solid

Deco has an issue

Have you tried adding an additional node to your setup via the App?   If you look at the app does it show just 2 nodes?

Hi, your Deco M4 might get into firmware recovery mode:

LED status
when entering firmware recovery mode

LED status
when upgrading firmware

LED status
when upgrade is finished

manual reboot
after firmware recovery

Deco M4/E4/S4

V1/V2

solid green

yes

How to use firmware recovery

You could refer to the following steps to flash the firmware to 1.5.6 again via HTTP.

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.
