RE550 extender not giving solid blue ring on set up, but says in Wifi network but not connected in network settings. Trying to connect to a Virgin Router.
Hi, was it your first time to set up RE550 with the Virgin router?
Would there be any error message when devices can not connect to Wi-Fi?
I think it is very likely the Wi-Fi password that was input during setup, is not correct.
