TP-Link AX11000 Router loses connection to internet (Teardown and release)
Hello. So the past few days I started randomly getting connection drops so I decided to check my router logs and noticed that whenever the outages occurred, "tear down and release" is the first thing to show up. Logs:
2023-07-18 22:34:05 DHCPC WARNING [8174] send dhcp release ip 5.3.71.48
2023-07-18 22:34:05 DHCPC WARNING [8174] teardown and release
My provider has dynamic IP and DHCP update time is 8 minutes. So, every 8 minutes I have lost my connection for 1 minute. Please help.
I had another provider with PPPOE before new one and had not have any issues. Problem only with new provider and dynamic IP

Hello @BLooD73
Can I know who is the new ISP now? What if you connect a computer directly to the ISP-provided modem, will you still be able to get a stable connection without a drop?
From your description, I have a suspicion that the ISP line or modem may not generate a good stable connection. Will the LED on the AX11000 change to red when the internet becomes unavailable?
Please go through the troubleshooting suggestions we provided here below to narrow down the possible issues, then contact support with some more details if the issue persists:

Hello, in the last couple days I'm now getting this error. I troubleshooted with my ISP and wasnt an issue on their end (hard wired direct to modem no issues). Here is a snip of my logs. (I have the latest firmware loaded).
