VPN client - where does it execute?
VPN client - where does it execute?

I have a question (not a complaint).

I use a 3 node X50. My Apple TV streaming box is Ethernet connected to a secondary node (not the node that has the internet connection).

That Apple TV is defined as an added device for the VPN client.

And my question is: on which node does the VPN client run? The main node, the satellite that the Apple TV is cabled to...or all 3 nodes?

thanks,

Mark

  @Mbauer5

Hi,
You can refer to the link below to set up the VPN Server or VPN client feature on the Deco.
How to set up The VPN Server/VPN Client Feature on a Deco Mesh Wi-Fi Router?

As you can see in the above link, if you have configured the main Deco as a VPN client, all devices connected to the Deco network can access the remote VPN server if you select All Clients on the Access Permission page, no matter which Deco is the device connected to, and you can also select a specific device connected to the Deco network to access the VPN server.

Best Regards
