Model: Deco M5
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.7.1 Build 20230608 Rel. 74023

Since the last update 1.7.1 Build 20230608 Rel. 74023, the Deco APP only detects between 30 to 40 devices connected, when in reality there are +/- 60. All devices are connect to the decos as they are working without a problem, however I do not have this information in the application and I cannot verify the IP:
The decos are connected in Wi-Fi Router mode with the operator's router in bridge mode.

 Someone with the same problem?

  @PMLV Are they all wireless or some of them via ethernet? I've seen issues with ethernet clients not showing, I had this on the x20-4g until they updated the firmware in Febuary.

  @PMLV Same here! I have a single Deco x50 POE, and a TP-WR802N which is acting as a bridge for my printer. I can see the TP-WR802 in the client list, put not the printer even though the printer IS getting an IP. If the TP Gods would make firmware thats intended for power users, that would be great.

Otherwise I'll have to scrap this x50 for future network rollouts and move to Netgear.

  @cp98ak

Hi, Thanks for the feedback.

Could you please check on the printer whether its gateway(or router) and DNS servers are the same as other wireless clients that are connected to Deco X50-PoE?

If you checked on the Deco APP, is there any device getting the same IP address as the printer, but with another MAC address? I think maybe TL-WR802N has worked as a proxy and changed the MAC address on the printer to something else.

And Deco X50-POE has been updated to 1.2.3 recently, It is also suggested to update to the latest firmware first.

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.
