First time using the forums to find a solution to a problem with a new TP Link product and all the relevant threads of others discussing the topic are locked. There's no solution to my problem but also no active discussion to it because they're prematurely locked before a solution is found

@williamoconnor

If there are no further replies in a period of time, the thread will be locked automatically to avoid any confusion to others and/or disturbing the poster.

If you're experiencing an issue and similar threads have been locked, you can start your own thread to describe the issue in more detail, then others would suggest.

If you found a post or response helpful, please click Helpful (arrow pointing upward icon). If you are the author of a topic, remember to mark a helpful reply as the "Recommended Solution" (star icon) so that others can benefit from it.

Ensure that you have the latest firmware or software updates for your TP-Link product. Sometimes, issues are resolved through updates, and the information may be posted in a new thread or in the product's official support section. If you can't find a solution on the forums, reach out directly to TP-Link's customer support. They may be able to provide personalized assistance and guide you through troubleshooting steps. Consider starting a new thread in the relevant section of the forums explaining your issue in detail. Even if there are locked threads, a new one may attract the attention of other users or TP-Link support staff. Engage with the community on social media platforms or TP-Link's official channels. Sometimes, companies respond to customer inquiries on platforms like Twitter or Facebook.
