Hi, if you want to change a new email address, you could do a hardware reset on the 850RE so that it would unbind from the previous email.
But if you have no intention to reset 850RE, please leave me a message with the MAC address of 850RE(the MAC address is on the product label.)

Do you mean the Wi-Fi password or the web management page login password?
If it was the first one, the password is the same as your main router's Wi-Fi password.
If it was the latter, you could hold the reset pinhole for 10s till all the lights turn on, then off.
