Why has this issue gone unresolved for fo long? Parental controls are all but useless due to this. I have a family full of ADHD people who are unable to control impulses at cannot be blocked on the internet due to Dynamic DNS making parental control filtering completely useless. 

 

Add a method of blocking by device name or auto adding DNS rerolls to the same filters as their previous identity.

I'm not sure how screenshots will help. My parental controls work until they don't. I have his devices added to a parental control profile labeled "Son." I have his phone and literally dozens of his "desktop" added because the MAC address keeps changing. When he loses access, his Windows 10 will regenerate a new MAC which now allows him to connect. Windows, iPhones and other modern devices support "wifi privacy" which makes your current parental controls useless. See Apple support link on the topic.
