Model: Deco X50-5G
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: Stock

May I suggest that Deco make it clear within their technical bulletins that the bands listed as available for 5G are not all available if you select to use an external antenna.

With an external antenna you only get N41/N77/N78 I believe for 5G. In the UK a supplier such as EE are rolling out N1/N3/N28) and given my internal signal for 5G isn't brilliant it means the device won't pick up a decent 5G signal.

That is quite important for many in the UK.

Is this issue hardware related or could it be covered in a future firmware update. If not I am faced with having to return the device.

@David-TP - stil lno response from you regarding this. People pay good money for your products, the least you good do is afford them the courtesy of your support time to resolve any issues. Is that too much to ask?
