I am installing this for the first time. While adding device it is asking for a password, it does not accept my WiFi password or the tp-link password, what password is this?

Hi, can I have a picture of the page asking for a password?
it is very likely to be admin.
If neither the admin nor the Wi-Fi password of the main router works, you could hold the reset pinhole on the RE365 until all the LEDs turn on momentarily.
