Password
I am installing this for the first time. While adding device it is asking for a password, it does not accept my WiFi password or the tp-link password, what password is this?

Hi, can I have a picture of the page asking for a password?
it is very likely to be admin.
If neither the admin nor the Wi-Fi password of the main router works, you could hold the reset pinhole on the RE365 until all the LEDs turn on momentarily.

First setup, prompting me to set a password.
Which fails, without giving me any details.

Hi,
If it doesn't accept the password you are trying to set, then first try a real simple one like 12345678 or so and see if that works. You can always change it to something else later.

No, that violates the minimum security requirements.
The app just sucks. I deleted, it used the browser instead.
Same password.
Worked without problem.
