Solution HomeCare Parental Control & QoS Suddenly Stopped Working

Issue Description:
The same parental control settings was working fine before, suddenly stopped working recently. Bedtime or pausing internet etc. doesn't work at all.
For example, the device in parental control profile can still access the Internet during the blocking time of Bedtime.
In addition, QoS function stops working as well.

Glad to inform you that we have located the HomeCare issue, new official firmware have been released or are in releasing process now to solve the problem, please pay close attention to any new firmware release through your router Web GUI, Deco App or TP-Link official website, here are the status of new firmware for the affected models:

For now, if you need to limit the internet access time of kids' devices, you could use Access Control Blacklist first to block client devices when necessary. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused

I manage to update my firmware. It appears the firmware update available did not show on my Tether app.
I had to do login to my router on my PC and was able to see the latest firmware which matched the one posted here.
I am happy to report that after updating to the latest firmware Build 220919, it resolved my Parental Control issue.

AX6000 running to latest v1 firmware : suddenly stopped logging time online / websites and no longer blocking after the set time limits.
Optus modem / router has been reset and date / time confirmed as well as the AX6000.
Any suggestions ?

@symo007 As per the updates in the original post, Archer AX6000 has already received a firmware fix for the mentioned issue.
If you're still experiencing an issue with the Parental Control settings, please check if the client device is connecting to the websites via any VPN connection.
