My tx20u keeps disconnecting
I just got the ax1800(TX20U Plus) today and installed it immediately. As I started using it though, it kept disconnecting like you can hear the disconnect and reconnect sounds too. I installed the latest drivers too but it still disconnects me, I even turned off the power management. Please help

Hi,
When connected to a USB 3.x port one initial disconnect (Windows unplug sound occurs) and reconnect (Windows plug in sound occurs) is normal with these wireless USB adapters using Realtek chips. That is because they initially start up in USB 2.0 mode and then switch themselves to USB 3.0 mode.
However, if this continues to happen during use, then there is a problem.
Please test if the problem also happens if you plug the wireless adapter into a pure USB 2.0 port of your computer.
