Hi, I am having an issue with my Deco X60 as the main deco. 

 

I use X 60 as the main, another x60, and 2 M4 as a satellite. Recently, only my iPhone is not connected to my wifi, it sometimes stays for 15-20 minutes and then disconnects. I have tried resetting my network from my phone, it works but disconnects. I have shuffled my X60 and presented it multiple times but same problem. 

 

Please help me out with this.

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

If most wireless devices work well, I think the issue is more related to the smartphone. Here are some suggestions for your reference:

1. Turn off "Private address" on the iPhone first.

2. Disable "Mesh Technology" on the Deco APP for iPhone only.

3. Enable the Guest network for 2.4GHz only and connect the smartphone to the Guest network to see whether the connection would be more stable.
