Connection difference telephone/router

I have totally different connection values between router and telephone
For example if i put my TIM 5G sim in a samsung galxy s9+ i have 130 mbps but if i put the same sim in your router who costs 120€ the connection goes down to 20 mbps max 25.
I want to know in which way i have to proceed
The antennas are wired properly, the router is on the window so there is nothing can block signal. I have 2 points on signal strength (never reached 3) and 4g+ led is intermittent but once in a day otherwise is off. Is there any option i miss in my setup or something i can buy to fix the thing. Cuz has been days i'm trying to contact you but no one can explain me what's the deal
