Firmware Version: Latest

Deco X60 cannot connect to PPPOE but when using normal TPLink router connection is ok.

 

i need help.

Are you still having this issue?

Have you tried to clone the MAC address of the old standard TP-Link router to see whether it helped:

plz send me the cloning proceedure, as I tried to do but did not work. 
 

What are the most possible reason for such problem.

 

Now im using AX TPlink router to make PPPOE and i connect deco to it as access mode to make it working.

why i should do cloning if the deco supports PPPOE and it was working. It seems something happened?

Hi, Occasionally, some ISPs might lock the internet service to a specific MAC address and need MAC authentication.

May I know who is your internet service provider?

Did you also need a VLAN ID for the internet service?
