Hi, May I know the model number of your extender?

It is suggested to refer to the following suggestions first:

Hi Team,

 

Model - TL-WA855RE (300Mbps Wi-Fi Range Extender)

 

I tried/ taken the following actions,

  1. Factory reset the Extender but it doesn't seem to be working
  2. Login to the Tether app but it doesn't show up my device name in the list

 

Note:  Even after doing the factory reset, one of the LED indicators in the Extender device (i.e.) Signal blinking in RED color

 

Kindly help!
