Hi,

When I check for Firmware update, it reports that v1.2.1 available. However, when I check the 'what's new' link it doesn't work and when I check the PX50 support page, it reports that 1.0.3 is the latest version. Should I update to 1.2.1 as advised or is this an error?

Hi, the error message might be due to that the local official website hasn't uploaded the 1.2.1 firmware yet.

You could view the 1.2.1 firmware release note first, then decide whether you need to update the firmware manually later.
