Hello, When i Update my deco m5 it cant access internet from PLDT fibr router/modem.  Router mode or Access Point Mode

 

But When i connect Archer C64 to PLDT and connect the Deco M5 to Archer C64 it can access Internet but in Access Mode only not in Router Mode.

 

Anyone ideas or options? Thank you

Hi, welcome to the community.

When Deco connected directly to PLDT and worked as the router, did you use the same internet connection type and other details as Archer C64?

Have you tried to clone the MAC address of C64 on Deco to see whether it helped?

 

I see you mentioned the following layout did not work either:

PLDT--Archer C64---Deco M5(Router mode)

It doesn't sound right and did you use dynamic IP as the internet connection on Deco M5?

When i use

PLDT - Deco M5 (router or AP Mode) it cant connect to internet

 

But if

PLDT - Archer C64 - Deco M5 (AP mode) only works, but router mode can't connect to Internet.

 

I want to do is

 

PLDT - Deco M5 (router mode)  - Archer C64
