I think all tplink products I have used had problem or issues

so, I want to block internet on my router on some specific macs

the parental control white list doesn't block

You should "add a new keyword" to specify the websites to which the parental controls would allow or block access.

Here's a guide on how to configure the Parental Controls on TD-W9960.
