Trying to connect an amazon firestick to an RE550 extender. All lights on the extender are on. I have connected a phone and have good signal from the unit and its working great. But when I try to connect the firestick, it sees the extender, I enter the password but it won't connect saying authentification issue. Any ideas please, thank you

Are you able to connect the Amazon Firestick to the WiFi of the host router?
I wonder whether there would be any special characters in the Wi-Fi passwords that the Amazon Firestick does not support.
