Range Extender disconnects from router after a while, then it reconnects again

Hello,
I have mi range extender connected to the router, most of the time it works ok. It shows 3 LEDs indicating it has power + connection to router + 5Ghz (If I am using only 5Ghz network).
But sometimes it disconnects from the router. I know that because the connection and 5GHz LEDs are off, and there is no connection to the internet if I connect to the repeater.
After a while (from 1h to ?) it just reconnects again and works fine.
I tried:
- Restore to default settings
- Upgrade the firmware
- Using 2.4GHz the issue is also pressent
- When there is no connection to the router, I use the app and try to reconnect again in the list I see the router with full wifi intensity, so distance is not an issue.
Device: Mesh Wi-Fi Range Extender 1200 DUAL BAND
Any idea what could cause the issue?

May I know the model number of your Host router?
How often would the internet connection usually drop out?
Can I have some screenshots of the status when RE dropped out and 5GHz was off?
