Hardware Version: V16
Firmware Version:

I have connected my computer and my hub for intelligent thermostat to the tp-link. It works. When i connected my printer Brother to the tp-link, the light is on on the tp-link but the status of my printer is always offline. I changed the cable and the switch: not better.

Hi, Have you checked whether the Brother printer has configured a static IP address?

  It was a problem of IP address. I change it and it's ok now.
