Just bought Deco XE75, 10 Nov 2023. Since day 1, internet connection keeps dropping intermittently. LED light turns red from green. Sometimes it turns back green after 1 minute. Sometimes longer where I need to restart my ONT then XE75. Problem persists till today. Please help.

Hi, welcome to the community.

May I know who is your internet service provider?

Have you had this issue before installing Deco XE75? When Deco XE75 turned solid red if you connected a laptop via an Ethernet cable to the ISP modem, were you still able to get the internet connection?

How often would you usually have the disconnection issue?

It is suggested to check the IPV4 address under Deco APP>More>Internet Connection>IPV4 when Deco XE75 turned red.

If the IPV4 address remains unchanged, please refer to this link to change the WAN DNS to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4.

How to change DNS server settings on my Deco
