Cannot connect to my vpn from another place on my smartphone
Hi, are you using VPN Server function on the Archer AX73 router? is it OpenVPN or PPTP VPN etc.?
If you are unable to connect the VPN Server, please check WAN IP address on the AX73 router to see if it is a public IP or not.
In addition, does the issue happen on all devices, or just the smartphone? is there any difference if you use the phone 4G network or other WiFi network to connect the VPN?
