Strange issue but once I have set up the booster someone else is not able to connect to the main router in the house.

 

I am guessing it has used the same I address or something which is odd. 

 

The laptop that is having issues connects fine to the booster and gets the internet but once connected to the main router which I am boosting it connects but is not given any internet connection.

 

The booster is the TP LINK N300 or tl wa854re

From reading this post it sounds exactly like the issue I am experiencing.

So it seems I just need to update the firmware?

 

I will try that out now.

Well this is rather frustrating I updated the booster with the beta firmware you linked too and everything worked ok for a week or so and now my android phone cannot see the extended network but my windows PC can. I tried setting up the booster again with the app on android and it still doesnt work...

 

so far I have had nothing but problems with this booster I dont understand how they mass produced it with these issues. I just want to be able to use the internet. It was working fine just woke up and now these new problems have started...

 

nothing works these days just a sea of endless glitches and illogical issues massive corporations just putting out bad products and they dont work ...

 

I dont get it.

ok now its started working again? how often is this going to happen. :( I just want to use the damn internet without constant technical issues. :(
