Model: General Product
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.13.1 Build 230505 Rel.40668n(4555)

I have just received my TP-Link EC220-G5 AC1200 router and tried port forwarding.
It seems I can't leave the Internal port field empty. I want to port forward a range as I have about 30 ports I want to forward and want to do it in ranges:

7777-7791

25015-25029

8888-8894

25565-25575

Did you try to set the entire port range in the Internal Port field ( 7777-7791 ) ?

If you receive a similar error in this case too, then most probably its FW release doesn't support configuring port-forwarding ranges.

I have tried that but then it gives the error that it does not support the format. Internal Port field accepts only one port but then only one port is open from the range selected in External Port.

What other options do I have other than another router?

Can they not fix it in FW?

The only option except other router is to wait for a new FW release, but no one can tell you when that's going to happen or even if it will happen at all.
