I'm trying to add my NC450 but on the Tapo list it doesn't even exist. I've had it connected before and have an account. I've included screenshots of the list. Am I blind or is it not on there?????

The NC450 works with the tpCamera App instead of Tapo App.

How to set up cloud camera with tpCamera APP

Is this product a new purchase for you? From what I understand, this model has been discontinued years ago.
