ive just bought this router, got all my devices connected fine but cant pair sonos for some reason. tried multiple times and reset everything. i did a firmware up grade to the latest version and now that seems to have completely disabled the router, i cant get any signal from it now so having to hotspot. 

 

any ideas what to do? if the router cant be connected to sonos then its no good to me and will have to be returned.

Are you saying there is no signal from the router now after upgrading the router firmware? Are you still able to login to its web management page if you connect a computer to the router LAN with an ethernet cable? If yes, please login to the router web page again and check if the 2.4G and 5G wireless networks are still enabled.

 

You can refer to this FAQ to check the wireless settings on the router.

 

If the wireless network is working again, please check this article to see if you can connect your Sonos to the wireless.
