Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.31

I've just subscribed to security plus on my new x50 and the subscription is available in the deco app but whenever I try to apply it I get.

 

Couldn't apply homeshield subscription services to your network

error -300

Try again

 

ive tried a few times with the same error and also restarted the network.

 

its frustrating as payment for the yearly subscription has already been taken.

 

Any help appreciated.

Hi all, This has resolved itself overnight. Despite trying numerous times yesterday. First attempt this morning the subscription added to the network without issue. Only thing that changed was while sleeping the deco dropped to 80mhz bandwidth due to radar detection.

Can I have a screenshot of the error message?

Please also try to apply the Security+ under the mobile 4G/5G network.

Hi, many thanks for responding. I will upload the app log when I get home along with a screenshot. However the message is as below. Couldn't apply HomeShield Subscription Service to your network. Please try again. If the problem still persists, please contact our technical support. Error code: -300 Try Again Yes, I have tried 4G/5G with the same error, screenshot below.

APP log log submitted with screenshot. I did add my TP-Link ID the add additional info box. Screenshot of error also below.
