Hi,

I'm using an RE650 V2 to connect a small wired ethernet (printer, desktop and Synology NAS) to my internet router.  When it is working it works fine, but every so often the connection from the RE650 to the router goes down.  I can tell this because I use the Synology to give me a dynamic DNS host - when the connection drops Synology detects this and emails me when the disconnect occurs and when it reconnects.  The disconnects happens about 4 times a week, the following list gives you the disconnect times and durations for December 2023:

22/12/23 disconnect 00:46 duration 10 minutes

These all automatically reconnect with no action from me - which is good - but the disconnections during the day sometimes cause me problems and the ones during the night cause some of my backups and downloads to fail.

The status page says that the 2.4GHz signal is Strong and the 5GHz signal is Good.

I use a fixed IP address for the RE650.

I noticed that two of the earlier firmware releases said they had fixed some disconnection issues (without being specific) but it doesn't look fixed to me.

Is anybody else having problems like this and is there any propect of getting this fixed.
