Model: RE650
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I've been using the RE650 range extender for a long while without any problem. But since last week, I could no longer get internet access from it. The wi-fi remains connected, but it says "no internet access".

If I switch to connect to the wi-fi from my router directly, I can get internet access fine. But if I connect to the wi-fi from RE650, it gets connected and says the signal is "excellent", but no internet.

This happens with all the devices in my house - PC, phone, tablet, TV. The RE650 just suddenly stop providing internet even though the signal remains the same.

I tried resetting it and re-connected to my router again, but the result remains the same. Full signal, but just no internet (both 2.4G and 5G).

As I've already reset it, not sure what else could I do to solve this?

Hi

If all the lights on the RE650 are on but there is no network connection, it is recommended that you refer to case 3 in the link below to troubleshoot:
Has connected to TP-Link extender but no internet, what can I do?
