Hi!

I've got my Deco X-50 5G set up with a SMARTY mobile (UK) SIM card in it for internet. I don't have broadband/fibre. I'm on a canal boat.

With the Deco sitting alone, inside the boat, with no antenna I get OK 4G speed:

I have a Poynting 5G antenna and when I attach that to the Deco and turn on the antenna I get a worse download speed but better upload speed:

When I run the Network Cell Info Lite app (Android) it shows a pretty good signal:

and the Deco app does show it as switching to 5G when I enable the antenna.

Any ideas how I can get a decent 5G speed?
