Hi all. I'm setting up for the 1st time and the Internet light stays as Red. Can anyone help please

Hi, what is the model no., hardware and LED status of your TP-Link device?

If you are connecting a DSL line to the DSL modem router, please also check DSL light status to ensure it is solid on.

Then please contact your ISP to confirm if all the configuration parameters are correct or not such as the WAN Connection Type etc..

 

If there is any further issue, please share with us screenshots of the whole status page.
