Hi guys,  I have 35 bulbs installed in my restaurant and most of them keep losing connection within 24 hours of restoring the connection.  They are all connected through a DECO S7 AC1900 router set on router mode (tried access point mode too). All devices have the latest firmware.  The bulbs are all within a 10 meter range of the router, without any obstacle between them.  The bulbs that go rogue most often are installed in a cluster,  with a distance between them of around 20cm.

 

Any help would be highly appreciated!

That number of smart bulbs seems a bit much for the Deco S7. Are there any other 2.4GHz devices in your network?

 

Will the router WiFi be available to restaurant guests as well? If so, it's likely that too many connected clients are overloading the WiFi and causing client devices to drop out.

No,  there's no other device connected to that router. It's exclusive for the bulbs.

What's the hardware and firmware version of your Deco? How many units do you have in total?

 

Have you ever checked the smart bulb's WiFi signal strength on Deco App? Any devices connected to the deco nodes with weaker signals rather than closer, stronger ones?
