No enciende el wi-fi e internet.

El módem router sólo enciende, la conexión a internet del proveedor está establecida pero sólo enciende el botón de encendido/apagado, no enciende ni el botón de internet ni wi-fi, por ende no tengo conexión. Lo reseteo y no agarra dicho reset, sólo enciende y apaga.

@Router_modem23-

Hi, do you mean only Power LED turns on on the TD-W8961N and all other LEDs are always off?

Please try pressing WiFi button to see if WiFi LED can be light up, also try connecting a computer to the LAN port to see if any LAN LED light up.

Please also try different wall sockets, make sure you are using original power adapter, If still no any response and factory reset doesn't work, I am afraid the device is defective, you could contact the retailer where you bought it to check warranty.
