Hi - connection issues:

 

Using with Vodafone THG3000 (500gb speed)

 

When it works it's great, but it doesn’t work for short periods every day - sometimes red light is on for hour before going green again But mostly it's out for 20 to 30 minutes then fine for another couple hours.

 

When the red light is on (connected no Internet) I connect my device to the Vodafone modem and the Internet connection is stable and fine. 

 

No matter what I try I can not stop the constant drop outs and have just replaced the modem cable and the TP base station cable to rule that out and after another couple hours it dropped out again for 20 minutes or so... 

 

Do I need to change settings on the Vodafone modem? What else can I try. I'm on the verge of sending them back... 

 

There is a 'Abnormal Wan port speed' notice on the Deco app - I checked connections both for source to modem and from modem to Tp link base station and eventually also replaced both cables and this notice still remains. Regardless of this, when it's working - it works fine.
