Omada Cloud Controller Disconects from devices when ER605 Public Address Changes

Model: ER605 (TL-R605)
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.2.3 Build 20231201 Rel.32918
Controller Version 5.13.22.10
When the Public Address of the ER605 changes, the Omada Cloud Controller looses connectivity to the ER605. The only way to recover from this is to Unbind and/or Forget the device and import again, which makes the Cloud Controller useless. Is there a way to avoid this?

This is the physical setup:

Hi @Abdros

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

So, can you reproduce this every time when your WAN changes? Is your WAN a public IP address? What is the address(you can mosaic parts of your IP but are able to read and tell your IP class)?

@Hank21 Can you pay attention to this controller issue? It seems that the controller cannot sync the router correctly.
