Hi, guys I had bought a few weeks ago a new router for a house hay i didnt have internet. I actívated. All ok and I add it to Tether app but days after it shows disabled. I want to know why if I have another Tplink router (no 4g sim) and goes ok. I show you a picture

Hi, based on the screenshot, the MR550 is offline and disconnected from TP-Link cloud, that is why you are unable to manage it remotely.
Please connect to the MR550 WiFi and test if internet still works on the MR550, if so, try restarting the MR550 and check if the problem can be resolved, if so, you could also monitor for at least 10 minutes to see if it will be offline again only on Tether App remotely.
