Hello,

I'm a new mr100 user, I use it since 1 month ago, but I have a problem with this.

 

When I tried to change the operation mode to wireless router and change it back to 3g/4g, my sim card couldn't connect, I did a reset.

 

After doing the reset, I went to quick setup, and when it came to the sim card section, the card was not detected, I tried the card I used for this device on my handphone and it could connect, but on this device it couldn't connect. Here's what I mean

 

 

What's the solution?

 

Here is my device :

Firmware Version:‪1.1.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 230314 Rel.43807n

Hardware Version:‪TL-MR100 v2 00000001

Update :

Now can detect sim card, I just upgrade ISP and done, but the problem is the internet light indicator does not turn on, so it can't connect

Hi, based on the screenshot, there is no even no 3G or 4G signal, and please try factory reset the device by holding reset button for about 10s until power LED flashing.

If it is still the same, try different SIM cards please.

 

However, if it is still no any signal, please contact the retailer or local support team in your area to check warranty.

If internet still doesn't work, please share with us screenshots of Advanced->Status page, Advanced->Network->Internet page along with system log file saved on Advanced->System Tools->System Log page.
