Wifi on phone is bad?
We have deco x60 new with the newest firmware. on access point, Every thing works including our 3 phones But not my phone. It has a bad connection even if I put it very close to the deco If I put the Deco in the app on router instead access point my phone works well on wifi But then we can not use phones en wifi computers for printing. So what is wrong ?

Hi, May I know the model number of your smartphone that did not work well with Deco?
When Deco is in Access Point, have you tried to disable "Mesh Technology" and disable "Fast roaming" and "beamforming" under Deco APP>More>Advanced.
Fix unstable connection when connected to the Deco network

Thanks David for your help. My problem is still not solved My phone is Huawei P30 Pro At the advanced mode in access point I only found Smart DHCP (is ABLE). Roaming (is DISABLE ) and beamfoaming which was ABLE and I put it DISABLE but no better result for my phone. Mesh Technology; I Could not find this tap in the deco app. Best regards Piet Hein
