I try to install the bluettoth software but it won't let me,  the wifi works 

I get  this in Device Manager (Windows has stopped this device because it had reported problems (code 43)

Hi,

 

Does you computer's motherboard have a second F_USB connector you could try? In case it does, then plug the cable of the TX20E in that other F_USB socket and check if it makes any difference. While you are at it also check that the cable has not been damaged.
