Model: Deco X50
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.4.1 Build 20231122 Rel. 40485

My Deco X50 (main unit) is connected to the modem. Currently, I can verify that I'm able to connect to the internet via cables connected to the X50. However, when i joined the wifi network of the X50, it says there is no internet access.

I also tried to use another router (non-Deco) as access point and the wifi is running fine.

My current DNS is set to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

My wifi SSID is active on 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz

All my clients' IP address (both wired and wireless) are using IP address from the X50's DHCP settings.

Appreciate if someone can guide me what might be the problem. Thanks!

  @KTW0
Check the security authentication mode from your Deco's SSID, is it using WPA3?

Try setting it to WPA2.

  @KTW0

Does that modem comes with 2 in 1function such as WiFi enabled?

Could it be your modem is also a router and is broadcasting WiFi SSID? might cause interference?

If not, I suggest you to reset the Deco X50 with pin hole and set it all up, but turn off the access point and plug out all the ethernet cables.

Once you are sure that Deco X50 has internet through WiFi, only set back the AP and ethernet hard wire to your PC.

You can also try to turn off Beamforming or Fast Roaming first to check if its causing interference as well.
