Hello, just got my new x20 (3 pack). Every 15 minutes or so, the main unit goes steady red light and internet is disconnected, and then after a minute or two, it goes green again and the internet is back. I'm on the latest version. What could be the problem? Could it be because of wifi interference or it's not related?

May I know the internet connection type?
Since the disconnection has a regular pattern, have you consulted the internet provider whether there is an internet outage on their side?
If the internet connection type is dynamic IP, it is also suggested to contact a wired laptop to the ISP modem to monitor the network connection.
