Hi Tp-link team,

 

   we already log the complain for this issue. but there is no support come from your team.

 

i buy this product before 3 days. now we facing issue with guest users which is not isolated from local network 

 

i tried all possible things from my end. 

 

Deco running on router mode & it's connected in my PoE switch & switch connected on fotigate firewall. we have multiple internet in firewall Wan port. 

 

Requested to please guide us on this. my ticket number is TKID240329134.

Hi, welcome to the community.

I couldn't find any support record under #TKID240329134.

If you would share more details about the network topology and what you want to achieve via the Guest network with VLAN tags, I would love to check if there is anything we can help.

   Thank for your revert.

   Ticket number #TKID240329134 i received  from TP-link email only. 

 

   currently i using forigate firewall400F model with Core switch & our TP-link X50 connected on PoE switch. 

 

   i cofigured guest network on X50 via mobile application Deco. but igf any device connected on guest. that user can able to access our all local network as well.

 

and also nothing any setting i found on web & app. as well for isolcating guest network. 

 

i updated firmware of X50 & application which i use for configuring as well updated. 

 

don't know where and what going to wrong in this process.  or is it issue with device ? 

 

so please guide me on this.
