Network connection issues with TL-MR6500v
Dear Team,
Although I purchased this router few years back, I recently started using this. For the initial day it was working fine, it was detecting network and working as backup for my fiber connection also. But after one day network was gone all of a sudden. Restarting the router got the network back. However after few days, now the router doesn't detect network at all. I inserted the same SIM (Jio 4G) into JioFI device I had, there were no issues with JioFI.
Also there has been no software updates for this device from the date of release. Please suggest
Regards,

Hi, thank you very much for posting on TP-Link Community.
Is your Jio SIM card 5G or 4G SIM? or was it inserted into any 5G device?
Please share with us screenshots of Advanced > Network > Internet page and also Advanced > Status page along with system log file.
If possible, please try other SIM card on the MR6500v as well to see if it works fine with other SIM card.

Thank you for your reply. Later somewhere in this forum I got the beta firmware for TL-MR6500v having version: 1.1.0 0.9.1 v00a1.0 Build 220929 Rel.31369n_Beta. (https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/586804 if any one still has this issue) With this firmware things are working fine till today. I tried with both Jio & Airtel SIMs (They were inserted into my 5G phone before)
But my question is why development/support stops for these devices in terms of firmware updates etc. There was only one firmware which was released with the device itself
Also please share if there are any newer beta firmwares available for this device. Information is so scattered in this place

Hi, our community doesn't see newer firmware and has no advanced notice about whether or when there will be new firmware for MR6500v V1, it is recommended to monitor it via the router web interface or the TP-Link official website.
